About
I grew up in a small-town in Ohio as the youngest child of a large family. It was a quiet, sleepy town surrounded on all sides with cornfields. I loved it there, especially since my home was only a short walk from the library! In high school, I did theater, was part of a short-story writing club, played saxophone in the marching band, and even was a member the robotics club. After graduating from high school, I moved to Idaho to attend university at Brigham Young University – Idaho, where I studied Interdisciplinary Studies with emphasis areas in Event Planning and Catering, Home and Family, and Technical Theater. While at university, I met and married the love of my life. I currently live in Missouri, where I run a blog on homemaking and do crafting, art and writing projects.
I’d like to give a special thank you to my husband who often helps me edit my posts.
